Guerrero consolida programas integrales en favor de la población migrante y jornalera agrícola
Chilpancingo, Gro., 18 de diciembre de 2025.— El Gobierno del Estado de Guerrero, encabezado por la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda, continúa fortaleciendo una política integral y humanista para respaldar a la población migrante guerrerense y a las familias jornaleras agrícolas, mediante programas que promueven la dignidad, el bienestar y la reintegración social, a través de la Secretaría de los Migrantes y Asuntos Internacionales (SEMAIGro).
Bajo la conducción de la secretaria Silvia Rivera Carbajal, la SEMAIGro implementa acciones que atienden distintas dimensiones de la vida de las y los migrantes, tanto de quienes regresan al estado como de aquellos que buscan mejores oportunidades para sus familias. Entre estas estrategias destaca el programa “Guerrero te Respalda”, enfocado en educación, salud, identidad, empleo y reconstrucción comunitaria. Durante el presente año, este esquema ha brindado atención personalizada a 124 personas, facilitando su reincorporación a sus comunidades de origen.
En el marco del programa Lazos Migrantes, 575 adultos mayores recibieron acompañamiento integral para la obtención de visas estadounidenses, con una tasa de aprobación del 90 por ciento. Estas acciones han hecho posible el reencuentro de cientos de familias separadas durante décadas, fortaleciendo los vínculos familiares y comunitarios.
Asimismo, el Programa de Apoyo a Deudos de Guerrerenses Fallecidos en el Extranjero ha respaldado a 53 familias mediante la gestión de trámites consulares y el traslado de restos, aliviando la carga emocional y administrativa en momentos de profunda dificultad.
Para la población jornalera agrícola migrante, la dependencia estatal desarrolla el Programa Integral de Atención y Seguimiento, que ha beneficiado de manera directa a 574 jornaleros y de forma indirecta a más de 2 mil 800 personas. A través de talleres sobre derechos humanos y laborales, la elaboración de un censo situacional y la entrega de apoyos alimentarios y kits de higiene, se busca garantizar condiciones dignas y reforzar acciones preventivas ante riesgos sanitarios en las zonas receptoras.
En materia de desarrollo comunitario, el programa 2×1 Migrantes ha ejercido este año una inversión de 48 millones 847 mil 893 pesos, destinada a la realización de 66 obras en 15 municipios, beneficiando a más de 132 mil habitantes. Este esquema multiplica los recursos al sumar las aportaciones de los migrantes con las del gobierno estatal y municipal, generando un impacto significativo en infraestructura social y educativa.
