Encabeza Evelyn Salgado histórico Paseo del Pendón por los 200 años de la Feria de San Mateo en Chilpancingo
Chilpancingo, Gro.— En un ambiente de fiesta, tradición y orgullo guerrerense, la gobernadora Evelyn Salgado Pineda encabezó el tradicional Paseo del Pendón en la capital del estado, una de las expresiones culturales más emblemáticas de Guerrero, que en esta ocasión se vivió de manera histórica al conmemorar los 200 años de la Feria de San Mateo, Navidad y Año Nuevo.
Miles de familias abarrotaron las principales calles de Chilpancingo para ser parte de este recorrido lleno de alegría, música y color, en el que se celebraron dos siglos de una tradición que ha pasado de generación en generación y que forma parte de la identidad del pueblo guerrerense.
Acompañada por el presidente municipal de Chilpancingo, el Dr. Gustavo Alarcón, así como por habitantes de los barrios históricos, la mandataria estatal recorrió la ciudad en una auténtica fiesta popular, donde los sones, danzas, trajes tradicionales y expresiones artísticas llenaron de vida cada tramo del desfile.
Durante el recorrido, Evelyn Salgado destacó que el Paseo del Pendón no solo es una celebración, sino un símbolo del arraigo, la convivencia familiar y la fortaleza cultural de Guerrero, que honra las raíces y refleja el profundo orgullo de su gente.
“Ser originaria de un estado con tanta historia y riqueza cultural es un honor. Son dos siglos de una feria que se vive en familia, se renueva con cada generación y late con fuerza en el corazón de todas y todos”, expresó la gobernadora.
Con esta jornada memorable, el Gobierno de Guerrero reafirma su compromiso con la preservación y promoción de las tradiciones que dan identidad al estado y fortalecen el tejido social, celebrando con entusiasmo y unidad el legado cultural de Guerrero. ¡Viva Guerrero!
